Gift House International: your first stop for wholesale gifts, wholesale gadgets and wholesale giftware.
We aim to deliver all wholesale giftware orders the next working day wherever possible on all orders received before 12pm, however we do ask you to allow up to 3-5 working days from the date of order subject to availability. On times consignments may take longer if circumstances beyond our control disrupt our haulage contractors, postal services, or alternative logistic arrangements.
Gift House International operates from a modern and computerised 40,000 sq ft facility. We hold over 4000 pallet spaces dedicated to wholesale gifts and giftware.

*V.A.T. is a tax that you pay when you buy goods and services in the European Union (EU), including the United Kingdom.
V.A.T. is chargeable on all orders, except V.A.T. registered international customers and customers in The Channel Islands.
Please note: Customers who choose to use their own courier to collect/deliver their goods will be invoiced for V.A.T which will then be refunded once we have received a proof of delivery notice from your courier stating that the goods have been signed for as received into your country.

For wholesale gift and giftware under £500 shipping charges to Ireland & Jersey are calculated after we have received your order and an amended invoice with the correct shipping charges will be e-mailed to you for payment once the correct shipping charge has been calculated. (Please see the European Shipping table below) Pallet prices are below but cartons have to be calculated on an individual basis.

For orders over £500 but not more than £1000 we will split the shipping charges with you.
For orders over £1000 excluding V.A.T. (where applicable) carriage is paid.

We do not currently ship to the following countries but collection from our warehouse by your own freight forwarder is welcome.

Our Returns Policy & Procedure
Please note items must be returned within six months of the date of Invoice. Return shipping costs along with the cost of the goods will be credited once the item has been fully inspected and diagnosed as faulty or un-saleable, unless a prior arrangement has been made with the GHI management. We reserve the right to refuse returned items where the above procedure guidelines have not been complied with.
You must obtain a Returns Authorisation Code before sending anything back to us or we will not be able to process your return and raise a credit. Please follow our simple and easy guidelines.

You must provide the following information to obtain a returns authorisation (RA) number
- Item Code
- Item Description
- Date of Purchase
- Invoice Number
- Quantity of damaged/faulty items
- A full description of the damage or fault
Please note we reserve the right to refuse any return which does not include a returns authorisation number or is not complete and in the original packaging.
Packing the item
Pack the item(s) securely and include the returns authorisation number or a copy of the returns authorisation email.
Faulty or defective items
If the item you receive is faulty please contact our Customer Support team at
quoting your order reference, your company name and address, details of the product(s) and the reason for your return.
All products returned to us will be thoroughly checked by our Returns Department and only then will a credit, replacement or exchange be authorised and processed. Returns are usually processed within 7 working days of receipt. We will ask you if you would like us to replace the item (providing that it is still available) or credit your account. A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase.
We are unable to accept returns of perishable goods.
Goods that include software: Any item which includes software must be returned with the software unopened.
Items Lost or Damaged In Transit
All damage or missing items must be reported within 2 days of receipt so that we can initiate a claim with the courier. The recipient must notify the delivery driver of the shipping damage, request damage documentation and sign for the parcel(s) as damaged. Should you fail to do this, and items are missing or damaged, no claim can be made against Gift House International Ltd or the Couriers for these items. Immediate notification (within 2 days) should be issued to firstname.lastname@example.org advising that delivery has been refused as “goods damaged” or “goods missing” quoting your sales order number on all correspondence. Gift House International Ltd will replace the item at no additional cost after Gift House International Ltd has verified that the item was in fact damaged or missing during shipment. This process may take time to resolve. Gift House International Ltd will not cover a shipping damage return and/or replacement in which the buyer fails to follow this procedure.
Returned Items lost in transit
We cannot be responsible for returned packages lost in transit: as you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us we recommend you use a track and trace facility with your courier/carrier when returning faulty or damaged goods.
Gift House International takes its relationships with customers very seriously, and we extend a great deal of time and effort ensuring that we keep you happy. - We will send you an Order Confirmation Email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an acceptance from Gift House International.
- At the same time as your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a Despatch Confirmation Email.
- Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or have cancelled it.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following reasons:
- The products you ordered being unavailable from stock.
